Home care schedules can look very different from one household to another. Our hourly pricing is based on the amount of care scheduled. As scheduled hours increase, the hourly rate decreases. Rather than asking you to sort through a long table of pricing brackets, we’ll review the schedule you actually need and explain the rate before care begins.

When Your Rate May Be Higher
We want the exceptions to be clear, too.
Federal holiday pricing
1.5×
Care provided on federal holidays is billed at 1.5 times your regular hourly rate.
Requested caregiver overtime
1.5×
If you request a caregiver work more than 40 hours in a week, those overtime hours are billed at 1.5 times your regular hourly rate.

Private Nursing Pricing
Because nursing needs vary, there is not one standard hourly rate that applies to every situation. We begin with an in-person assessment in your home to understand the level of nursing care needed, then explain the recommended care, schedule and applicable pricing.
Our satisfaction guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with a shift, you won’t be billed for it.
You should feel confident in the care being provided in your home. Tell us what happened, and we’ll address the concern and work with you on what needs to change going forward.
A better kind of support
Your care plan is coordinated by a local team that knows your preferences, keeps communication clear, and makes it easier to get the help you need.
Local coordination
A nearby care team stays connected to your schedule and evolving needs.
Thoughtful matching
We pair clients with caregivers based on care needs, personality, and routine.
Responsive support
Questions, updates, and care adjustments always have a clear next step.
Ways to Pay for Home Care
There may be more than one way to cover the care you need. Our team can help you understand which path applies to your situation.
